Kunal Kemmu and Shweta Tripathi starrer film Kanjoos Makkhichoos is based on a family comedy-drama. Director Vipul Mehta’s directorial film is an adaptation of the super hit Gujarati play, Sajan Re Jhooth Mat Bolo.

The film went on floors during Ganesh Chaturthi this year and has wrapped up the shoot at Dussehra. Sharing this news, actor Kunal Kemmu took his Instagram to share a picture of the whole cast of the film, he wrote, “In and as KANJOOS MAKKHICHOOS!! We started the film on the auspicious day of Ganesh Chathurthi and completed it yesterday on DUSSEHRA. It’s been a fulfilling and enjoyable journey, I can’t wait for you guys to meet my character Jamuna Prasad Pandey and to share this warm funny and endearing family film with you. Talking about the film, producer Kushagra Sharma stated, ” The film has a very beautiful message to it. And the actors along with the crew did a fantastic job in making it. We hope the audience enjoy the film just the way we all enjoyed making it”

Apart from Kunal and Shweta, Piyush Mishra Alka Amin, Rajeev Gupta, and Raju Shrivastava will be also seen in the film with their pivotal roles.
