Addressing the notion that the film’s success was solely due to the “one pe one free” offer, Laxman made a witty analogy, asking if someone is selling slightly rotten tomatoes and offers half a kilogram free with one kilogram, would a dog buy it? He emphasized that even if the product is good, it will sell regardless of such offers. Continuing to praise the producer, Laxman stated that creating a good film is one thing, but ensuring its reach to the audience is a tremendous task.
