South filmmaker Shankar has found himself in legal issues. According to the reports, Lyca Productions has gone to court asking to forbid Shankar from directing any other film until he completes Indian 2.
Talking bout Indian 2 it leading man Kamal Haasan is presently busy with political commitments. A source was quoted as saying, “Indian 2 has been troubled from the word go. It has been facing one glitch after another. Now the producers going to the court asking that the director be prevented from signing other films until he completes Indian 2 could have far-reaching repercussions for all directors into multi-projects.”
The highly-anticipated sequel to the 1996 Shankar-Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2, was announced in the finale of 2017’s Bigg Boss Tamil.
