John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi ae shooting for the Sanjay Gupta’s gangstar drama, Mumbai Saga.
According to the reports, Jackie Shroff who was also in the film has dropped out since he didn’t have any dates and was busy with another project. Now actor-filmmaker Mahesh Manjrekar will be seen easing the role of the most talked about person of Indian politics.
If the reports are to be believed then we may see Mahesh Manjrekar easing the role of Shiv Sena supremo Balasaheb Thackeray. The role was supposed to be played by Jackie but now he left the project, Manjrekar has to step into his shoes.
The story is based on the 80-90s era of Mumbai. Sanjay Gupta’s Mumbai Saga is produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series.
John Abraham, Emraan Hashmi, Mahesh Manjrekar, Suniel Shetty, Prateik Babbar, Gulshan Grover, Rohit Roy, and Amole Gupte are in prominent roles. The film is set to release in 2020.
