Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani wrapped up the upcoming film Shershaah. The film is based on the life story of Captain Vikram Batra. On the occasion of Army Day, the makers have dropped three posters of the film as a tribute to Indian Army.
Sidharth, who will be seen playing Captain Vikram Batra took to his Twitter handle to unveil the poster. “An ode to the brave journey of the Kargil War hero. Presenting @SidMalhotra in the UNTOLD TRUE STORY of Captain Vikram Batra (PVC) in #Shershaah. Releasing 3rd July, 2020,” he captioned.
The makes also announced that the film will hit the big screens on July 3, 2020.
Vikram Batra was posted during the Kargil war. The brave soul was martyred during the war while he was saying his colleagues like.
He was honoured with Param Vir Chakra, India’s highest and most prestigious award for valour, for his actions during the war.
The film is produced by Karan Johar and Shabbir Boxwala.
