Multiplexes & Single screen owners are upset with Bollywood stars and Studios for not supporting Cinema halls and routing to OTT platforms.
Earlier it was reported that YRF will be releasing some of its iconic films as a part of its 50 years celebration. Now despite the start of cinemas and rescreening films none of the celebs promoted about the same.
Film Exhibitor Vishek Chauhan on Monday took to his Twitter handle and question some BTown stars about the same.
He wrote, “I would like to hear from @akshaykumar @BeingSalmanKhan @iamsrk @aamir_khan @ajaydevgn that what should we single screen cinema owners do? Do you have a plan for us? Should we wind up? Will #OTT be the way forward? We and are staff are looking at you for answers?? #SaveCinemas.”
