Kabir Singh starrer Shahid Kapoor has finally taken a vacay break from his busy schedule and has landed up to a beach destination. The couple is seen working out on a beautiful mesmerizing vacation in a picture shared by Shahid’s wife Mira Rajput. Mira shared a post-workout selfie with Shahid on Instagram she wrote, “Can I take the trainer home @shahidkapoor” along with a kiss emoticon.
Before this, Mira had posted a video of her performing yoga at the seashore. Mira Captioned it as “Flow 🌊
Yoga doesn’t have to be perfect. It needn’t be a set pattern or a correct number of reps. It’s about connecting with your body, through your body and with nature. And your body doesn’t need to be perfect either. Balance is what I strive for.
Sometimes I like to go with the flow, and figure out my own set of movements often staying in them for what FEELS good. It’s that connection and the intuition, that helps one to heal. This was a Surya Namaskar series I did just after sunrise, and I felt so energised. We hear about saluting the Sun, but this time I felt the energy. Meanwhile, professionally Shahid is all set to enter the box office race with his upcoming film Jersey along with co-actress Mrunal Thakur. Jersey is directed by Gowtam Tinnauri and will be released on 31st December 2021.
