Jug Jugg Jeeyo, Karan Johar’s forthcoming film, has generated positive buzz among moviegoers. The trailer, as well as songs like Nach Punjaabban and Rang Sari, have been well received by the audience. Yesterday, the team launched Dupatta, a new song that has provided the perfect opportunity for trollers to thrive.
Duppata is a fun song with some fantastic dance moves by Varun Dhawan. However, the song’s title isn’t justified because there isn’t a visual or sight of a dupatta, and that’s when things started to become crazy. Several internet users pointed out the mistake and criticised the song.
Karan Johar shared the song on his Twitter with the caption, “Keeping the dance floor hot and grooving, your party anthem of the year is here! #Duppata song out now.”

The Nach Punjaabban Song is the same song that recently sparked a controversy when Pakistani musician Abrar ul Haq accused filmmaker Karan Johar of “copying” his song “Nach Punjaban” without his permission on Twitter and vowed to sue the filmmakers.
T-Series issued a statement in response to his plagiarism claim, stating that they had legally secured all rights to modify the song and that the song was sourced from the Moviebox Records Label, which holds the copyright of the Nach Punjaban track. On June 24, Jug Jugg Jeeyo will be released in theatres.
