Vishal Bhardwaj and producer Sajid Nadiadwala have put together a stellar ensemble for their upcoming thriller O’Romeo. The film stars Shahid Kapoor in the lead role along with Tripti Dimri, Nana Patekar, Vikrant Massey, Tamannaah Bhatia, and many more talented actors.
The makers recently unveiled Shahid Kapoor’s striking motion poster and the official teaser which has set the internet buzzing. With its intense visuals and themes of love and revenge, O’Romeo has sparked strong audience interest and is already one of the most awaited releases of the year.
Shahid Kapoor Plays Ustara The Hitman
Shahid Kapoor plays the role of Ustara, a hitman who develops feelings for a girl named Afsha. He is drawn into a game of betrayal, love, and vengeance. Shahid’s menacing and killer look with a bold avatar brings the depth and passion that is the highlight of O’Romeo. This marks his fourth collaboration with Vishal Bhardwaj after Kaminey, Haider, and Rangoon.
Tripti Dimri plays Afsha, an innocent girl whose life turns upside down. With her raw vulnerability and quiet strength, Tripti brings an emotional energy to this intense story.
Veteran Actors Join The Ensemble

Disha Patani plays Julie, a dancer who sizzles on screen with her glamorous avatar. The role was specially written for her by Vishal Bhardwaj himself. Veteran actress Farida Jalal will be seen in a never before seen avatar as Dadi. Her commanding presence and powerful one liners add gravitas to the intense story.
The supporting cast includes Hussain Dalal as Chotu who is Ustara’s right hand man. Resh Lamba plays Anjum Ansari while Rahul Deshpande is seen as Inspector Jayant Pathare.
