Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor have wrapped up the Kerala schedule of their upcoming romantic comedy. Now, they will head to North India to shoot the remaining portions.
With the film set to release on July 25, the makers are moving quickly to complete filming and enter the post-production phase.
Sidharth Malhotra Shares BTS Glimpses From The Set
After wrapping up the Kerala shoot, Sidharth shared his excitement on Instagram. He posted a picture with the crew and described the experience as unforgettable, highlighting the stunning views and good vibes on set.
The film was reportedly shot in breathtaking locations including Kerala’s famous backwaters. Fans have already spotted leaked set photos online, adding to the buzz. Interestingly, a part of the movie was filmed at the iconic Athirappilly waterfalls—the same spot where legendary director Mani Ratnam shot Iruvar (1997) and Guru (2007).
Param Sundari Team Set To Shoot In North
With the Kerala schedule wrapped up, the cast and crew are now moving to North India to complete the remaining scenes. The filmmakers are keen to finish shooting as soon as possible, ensuring the film stays on track for its July release. The new locations are expected to add even more visual appeal to the movie.
Sidharth was recently spotted at the airport with his wife Kiara Advani as they left for vacation. He will continue the shoot after the holiday. The couple turned heads with their stylish looks. Kiara kept it chic in a brown co-ord set paired with statement accessories, while Sidharth opted for a laid-back vibe in a light brown T-shirt, grey pants, and a jacket.
Maddock Film Announced Param Sundari Last Year
Maddock Films announced Param Sundari in December 2024 with a first-look poster. It introduced Sidharth as Param and Janhvi as Sundari. The film promises a mix of romance, comedy, and cultural clashes. It brings two different worlds together in an entertaining way.
Directed by Dasvi fame Tushar Jalota, the film aims to be a fun-filled, emotional rollercoaster.
Both lead actors are looking for a box office success. Sidharth’s last release Yodha struggled to impress and Janhvi’s Ulajh didn’t create much impact either. Param Sundari could be the game-changer they need.
