Recent reports have revealed that Padukone and Singh are set to shift into a lavish new home following the birth of their baby. According to a social media update from well-known photographer Pallav Paliwal, the couple’s new abode is a grand, sea-facing quadruplex located near Shah Rukh Khan‘s iconic residence, Mannat.
NDTV reported that Singh, in collaboration with his father Jagjit Sunder Singh Bhavnani’s company Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP, has acquired this opulent property for a whopping Rs 119 crore.
The apartment spans the 16th to 19th floors of the building and boasts an impressive 11,266 square feet of interior space, complemented by an additional 1,300 square feet of private terrace.
This luxurious residence marks another high point in the couple’s real estate portfolio, which also includes a bungalow in Alibaug purchased for Rs 22 crore in 2021.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh first revealed their pregnancy in March this year. Their baby is anticipated to arrive in September, adding a new dimension to their lives. The couple, who married in 2018, has been a favourite pair in Bollywood and their journey together continues to capture public attention.

Next, she will star in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again, where she plays ACP Shakti Shetty Bhalerao. This action-packed film features Ajay Devgn in the lead role, alongside a notable ensemble including Singh, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, and Arjun Kapoor.
Ranveer Singh will also appear in Singham Again and is currently working on an untitled action-thriller directed by Aditya Dhar. This film promises to showcase Singh in a new and dynamic role. Additionally, fans are eagerly awaiting his role in the highly anticipated film Don 3.
