Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra has wrapped up shooting for the highly anticipated Imtiaz Ali film, Chamkila, co-starring popular Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh. The movie marks the first-time collaboration between the two actors, who play the greatest singers from Punjab in the film. Chamkila was extensively shot in Punjab, with Parineeti playing the character of Amarjot Kaur, and Diljit portraying the role of Chamkila.
Diljit Dosanjh took to social media to heap praises on his co-star Parineeti Chopra, saying that she had done an “amazing job” in the movie. Parineeti also expressed her gratitude towards the entire crew of the film and shared her experience on social media, saying that her life had been forever changed by the most “heavenly crew and experience” of filming Chamkila.
Parineeti Chopra is also set to appear in another upcoming film, Capsule Gill. Fans are eagerly anticipating the release of Chamkila, which is expected to be a major hit given the talent involved in its production.
