The mega superstar, Shah Rukh Khan is currently basking in the glow of resounding success of his most recent film, ‘Pathaan’. After a long time of four years, he made his big-screen debut once more. ‘Pathaan’ was released on January 25 and has shattered all the box office records. In addition to John Abraham, Deepika Padukone, Dimple Kapadia, and Ashutosh Rana playing significant roles, it is directed by Siddharth Anand. Shah Rukh, who has been in the Indian cinema for 32 years, claimed that he always wanted to be an action hero but ended up choosing to play a love hero instead.

King Khan’s ‘Pathaan’ has crossed the 900 crore mark worldwide. It has been breaking and creating new records since day one. Shah Rukh was recently seen talking about his first out-and-out action film. The superstar teamed up with Siddharth for the first time. After giving credits to his director Shah Rukh said, “I came to the film industry 32 years ago to be an action hero, but I missed the boat because they made me a romantic hero instead. I have only wanted to be an action hero, so for me, it is my dream come true.”
“I think this genre of film nobody knows better than Siddharth. I’m working with him for the first time, he just knows…this kind of cinema he knows very well. I just love the world that Siddharth makes.” King Khan added.
Shah Rukh also praised the way the action scenes were filmed. Even the beautiful settings and cool music that created the mood were mentioned by him. Shah Rukh Khan said, “It’s an action film that is close to my heart. I think it is made with a lot of goodness by a lot of good people. I hope you enjoy this larger than life (film), I think its cinematic which is the call of the day. It’s a film you want to watch on a big screen. I think Pathaan is fun, it’s happy, it’s good looking, it’s technically quite forward, lovely locations, lovely songs, beautiful people and I think the action is very nice.”
