Pathaan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, has been able to generate attention ever since it’s launch. Any piece of information about the impending movie that is leaked, whether it be BTS photos or cast information, quickly becomes popular online. Siddharth Anand, the film’s director, recently stated that the songs will be released ahead of the trailer. Now a selfie of Shah Rukh Khan and the lyricist Kumaar has fans giddy with anticipation.
On November 28, lyricist Kumaar posted a selfie with actor SRK on his verified social media account. The two can be seen posing for the camera and beaming broadly in the picture. Kummar captioned the image as,“Seat ki peti kholdo.. mousam musical hone wala hai (You can relax now, the weather is going to be musical)!”
Returning to the director Siddharth Anand’s remarks, he said,“The two tracks will be released in December and the makers have a thought behind that move. “Especially since December is a party and holiday season for people across the world. So, we will release the songs of the film before the theatrical trailer. This is also part of our strategy to hold back the plot of Pathaan to as close to the release as possible. So, get ready to dance to the music of Pathaan.”
Speaking of the upcoming movie, it will also prominently feature John Abraham and Deepika Padukone in addition to Khan. The planned release date is January 25, 2023.
