Ranbir Kapoor is setting his next moves very carefully. After the Bombay Velvet, Jagga Jasoos debacle, Ranbir bounced back with his highest-grossing movie Sanju. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, it was a biopic made on Sanjay Dutt’s life. It also won Ranbir’s many awards and accolades.
It was being said that Ranbir will be soon doing a movie titled Devil which will be directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. Sandeep was recently in the news for his film Kabir Singh. Many people bashed it, many came in support and the movie went on to be a bumper hit.
It was being said that he was scripting a dark film that Mahesh Babu was supposed to do it. Then he opted out because of the subject and the fact that it won’t go down well with his fans. Then Ranbir Kapoor’s name came in place and now it’s been said that he has backed-off too.
Prabhas is the next choice of the makers and apparently, he has loved the script. It’s to be seen who’s finalised as the leading hero in this one. Earlier, talking about the film T-Series’ Bhushan Kumar said, “We are doing the film. But no one actor has been finalised. He is still writing the script. When it’ll be ready we will officially announce it. No one has been approached yet.”
