The master of comedies, Priyadarshan has been hitting the headlines with his comeback in Bollywood which will be with Hungama 2. He has helmed some very memorable comical capers such as Hera Pheri, Hungama, Hulchul, Bhaagam Bhag, Garam Masala & more.
He will be seen making a comeback with a sequel to Hungama which tentatively known as Hungama 2. Hungama was released in 2003 and it was declared hit at the box office. Akshaye Khanna & Aftab Shivdasani were seen playing the lead roles in the film.
Makers have finalised Jaaved Jafferi’s son Meezan Jaffery. Meezan made his debut with a dud in Malaal. The movie was a washout at the box office and hence Meezan’s future was at the risk.
But, he has been bagged by one of the finest Indian directors Priyadarshan & it’s surely a bumper project for him. Priyadarshan announced, “Yes, we’ve found our male lead in Hungama 2 and it’s Meezaan. The boy is terrific on-screen. He is a fabulous dancer like his father, emotes and fights well too. There is nothing he can’t do.”
