Priyanka Chopra In her Newly Released Memoir Revealed How Thalapathy Vijay Made A “lasting impression” On Her

Priyanka Chopra-Jonas’ memoir Unfinished reveals some details from her debut film Thamizhan and how she learnt humility from her co-star Thalapathy Vijay. The actress not only acted in the film but also sang a song titled Ullathai Killathe.

After winning the Miss World title in 2000,
Priyanka Chopra made her Tamil debut with Thamizhan, in which she was paired opposite Thalapathy Vijay.

In her book Unfinished, the Dostana actress wrote, “Vijay’s humility and his generosity with fans made a lasting impression on me.”

Years later, when the actress was shooting for her web series Quantico in New York City, fans gathered to get a picture with her. It was the time when Priyanka realised what Vijay taught her on the sets of Thamizhan.

She wrote, “As I stood and took pictures with them through my lunch break, I thought about my very first co-actor ever and the example he’d set.”
