Get ready for another dose of laughter and romantic drama as the hit pair of Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh is all set to return in De De Pyaar De 2. The first film, De De Pyaar De, left audiences in splits with its fresh take on an age-gap romance. Now, the makers have officially announced the sequel with a fun motion poster, promising double the fun and family chaos. The film is officially slated for a theatrical release on November 14, 2025.
Ashish To Meet Ayesha’s Family
The first film ended with Ashish (Ajay Devgn) finally getting his family’s approval, but the real test is yet to come. The sequel will take the story forward, and this time, the tables have turned. The main plot will revolve around Ashish meeting the family of his girlfriend, Ayesha (Rakul Preet Singh). The tagline “Pyaar Vs Parivaar” (Love Vs Family) perfectly sets the stage for what’s in store.
Fans can expect a rollercoaster of emotions as Ashish tries to win over Ayesha’s family. Knowing the hilarious situations the first film created, this new chapter is sure to be a wildly entertaining ride filled with witty one-liners and relatable family moments. The big question is whether their age-gap romance can survive the ultimate family test.
A Bigger And More Exciting Cast
While Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh are reprising their lead roles, the sequel has also beefed up its cast with some fantastic new additions. The motion poster confirmed that the talented R. Madhavan is joining the film, which has already created a huge buzz among fans. Joining him are the veteran Jaaved Jaaferi, Meezaan Jafri, Gautami Kapoor, and Ishita Dutta.
This star-studded ensemble promises to bring a whole new level of energy and comedy to the film. With a bigger cast and a crazier plot, De De Pyaar De 2 is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated romantic comedies of next year.
