Dhruv Lather directed Maarich stars Tushar Kapoor, Naseeruddin Shah and others. It is produced by Narendra Hirawat, Shreyans Hirawat, NH Studioz, Tusshar Entertainment House. It’s a whodunit thriller where Tusshar acts from a police department and Shah plays a catholic priest.
In September, Tusshar revealed that Maarich will hit the theatres on December 9. He posted a 15 second clip that seems mysterious. It states, “Mama Maarich ki Nagri mein Fas gaye na.” The latest bollywood news is that the film’s trailer has been released. The 2 minute 38 second video showcases a fearless cop to find the killer behind 2 brutal murders.

Tusshar announced this film on January 19, 2021. He had said, “Almost 20 yrs down this wonderful journey of making stories come to life, beginning 2021 with #Maarrich..a departure from my usual style, a film that challenges me to evolve as an actor! Excited to share glimpses, even more excited to share screen space with Naseer Sir after long (sic).”
