Ayushmann Khurrana has easily been one of the most successful stars in recent times. By giving 7 back to back successful films at the box office, his pairing with Amitabh Bachchan in Gulabo Sitabo is really awaited by the moviegoers.
Gulabo Sitabo, which was earlier slated to release on 24th April 2020 recently was preponed to release on 17th April 2020. This means it will clash with Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor’s RoohiAfza.
According to a report on an online portal, “The makers of RoohiAfza are now purposing to delay the film’s release in order to avoid a box office clash with Ayushmann and Amitabh’s film. While the two films fall in different genres, RoohiAfza’s producer Dinesh Vijan feels that the film should have a new release date. An official announcement about the same is expected soon.”
The Rajkummar Rao Janhvi Kapoor starrer is backed by Dinesh Vijan and Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, and it’s helmed by debutant Hardik Mehta. The genre of the film is horror-comedy, and it also stars Varun Sharma.
