In a recent episode of the popular chat show, What Women Want, Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor gave his opinion on various celebrities’ fashion choices. When presented with a placard of Uorfi Javed, who has gained fame after appearing in Bigg Boss OTT, Ranbir gave a mixed reaction.
While he acknowledged that everyone has the right to be comfortable in their own skin, he added that he is not a big fan of the kind of fashion Uorfi is known for. When asked by host Kareena Kapoor Khan to rate Uorfi’s style as good or bad taste, Ranbir responded with “bad taste”.
This differs from the opinion of fellow Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh, who had previously praised Uorfi’s bold fashion choices and even called her a “fashion icon” during an appearance on Koffee with Karan.
In the same episode of What Women Want, Ranbir was also asked about his opinion on Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ style, to which he responded positively, calling her “awesome” and saying that her self-confidence allows her to pull off any look.
Uorfi Javed has gained a significant following on social media for her unique fashion choices and is often compared to Bollywood actresses such as Deepika Padukone and Jacqueline Fernandez. While opinions on her style may differ, it is clear that she has made an impact on the fashion scene in India.
