After fruitful run of Tu Jhoothi Principal Makkaar in the cinema world in India, Ranbir Kapoor is all set for the arrival of his next biggie, the Sandeep Reddy Vanga coordinated gangster drama, Animal. The film rides on areas of strength for an of Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Tripti Dimri and Rashmika Mandanna.
A source told Bollywood Hungama, “The India shoot of Animal is wrapped up and the team is now all set to start the last schedule of Animal from the first week of April in the United Kingdom followed by Scotland. It’s a 20 to 25 day shoot and will be done through the month of April. The team intends to shoot some action and dramatic sequences with Ranbir, Bobby, and Anil Kapoor.”
The abroad leg is promoted to be one of the main timetables of Animal, as Sandeep has intended to shoot a couple of the main bits of the film abroad. “He reserved the best for the end. The vision for the overseas leg will blow the audience’s mind,” as per reports of Hungama Bollywood.
Animal will be wrapped up by April end and it will hit the theatre on Independence Day 2023.
Ranbir Kapoor And Shraddha Kapoor Starrer Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar Holds Good On 2nd Monday, Heading Towards Successful Verdict
Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer has not done massive business probably what many would had expected. But to be fair, ‘Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar’ has done decent business at box office in first week extended 9 days followed by good jumps over 2nd weekend. Though 2nd Friday did drop and that did hurt. But today film scored well on 2nd Monday.
TJMM managed decent 70 cr nett 5 – day weekend but then massive hold was required on Monday which didn’t happen. Film did hold on weekdays subsequently but on lower levels. Film collected 92.75 cr nett in week one.
Film collected 16.70 cr nett over 2nd weekend and crossed 109.14 cr nett in 12 days. Today film held very well despite so many new releases as it collected 2.25 cr nett.
Film has total of 111.39 cr nett in 13 days. Now it’s certain to cross 125 cr nett lifetime. Now it should be called a success considering genre and post pandemic scenario.
