Ranbir and Alia, who were recently seen in Brahmastra, will become parents soon. A baby shower programme was organised a few days ago. Now, as days come closer, both have an update on their professional journey.
“It was Ranbir’s idea to take a paternity break. He is a very excited father-to-be. He suggested that Alia should return to work while he would look after the baby,” Bollywood Hungama quoted a close friend of the couple as saying.
The couple got married some months ago and later announced their pregnancy. Alia had stated she had to compromise on her outfit and style during this phase. She said that she was overwhelmed when she bought clothes for herself as “comfort took priority over any airport looks”.
When it comes to work front, Alia will be accomplishing Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani and then move to Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Baiju Bawra for shooting, whereas Ranbir is rapidly completing his role related activities on Sandeep Venga’s Animal.
