Randeep Hooda impressed us much with his digital debut, Extraction. The actor shared the screen space with Chris Hemsworth in this Netflix crime-thriller. Now, the news comes in that Hooda will again take the OTT road for his upcoming web-series.
According to the reports, Randeep has signed a web-series for Jio Studios titled Inspector Avinash. This will ne again the debut for the actor for a Hindi OTT show.
The project will be directed by Neeraj Pathak and will be a cop drama. The actor will be seen playing a cop from Uttar Pradesh.
“Randeep has been committed to this project since last year. The project was earlier supposed to roll early this year but was delayed due to Randeep’s busy schedule. The team then had planned to start filming in April but the sudden COVID-19 lockdown hampered it all again. Neeraj Pathak, Randeep, and the team recently had a virtual discussion and they’re now planning to start the show from January 2021 onwards,” said a source close to the development informed a leading daily.
