Ranveer Singh NOT producing Shaktimaan; No Truth To Any Such Development

Contrary to recent media buzz, Ranveer Singh is not associated with the much-hyped Shaktimaan reboot — not as a producer, nor as someone acquiring its rights. The actor’s team has officially denied any involvement in the project, putting an end to ongoing speculation.

In a statement issued to the press, his team clarified, “The news about Ranveer Singh acquiring rights of developing a new superhero (Shaktimaan) project as the producer holds no truth. He is currently busy shooting for Aditya Dhar’s next and then, Don 3 is also on the cards for him.”

The original Shaktimaan, one of Indian television’s most iconic superheroes, has long been rumoured to return in a big-screen avatar. While several names have been floating around regarding casting and production, this latest clarification rules out Ranveer’s association entirely.

For now, Ranveer fans can look forward to his upcoming action drama with Aditya Dhar and his highly anticipated transformation into the new-age Don. As for Shaktimaan, the wait for a confirmed superhero revival continues.
