Rebel Re-Release Starring Baahubali Actor Prabhas Fails At The Box-Office With Poor Occupancy? Reasons Inside

According to Tracktollywood.com, apart from 5-6 shows, all its shows are resulting into bad occupancy and advance bookings.

As Prabhas turns 43 in a few days, his film “Rebel” was re-released in theatres on October 15, which was initially released in 2012. Being loved by his fans across India, he created his popularity with films like Bahhubali, Mirchi Action Jackson, Saaho. Rebel Re-release didn’t perform well at the box-office.

The performance has not been liked by many and it has failed to create any positive effect. Big B turned 80 on October 11 and his films like Deewar, Kaala Patthar and Namak Halaal were arranged at some of the theatres in the country, which performed well, unlike Rebel.

According to Tracktollywood.com, apart from 5-6 shows, all its shows are resulting into bad occupancy and advance bookings. Fans haven’t shown excitement possibly because they think it is the actor’s back-to-back duds which have led to an extremely low base.

Prabhas starrer Billa will be re-releasing on his birthday on 23rd October. The shows will be put in place for a single day and it is reportedly considered for the biggest-ever re-release. It was an average grosser film at the box-office. Meanwhile, he will next be seen in Kriti starrer Adipurush and Salaar.
