In a recent update in the Sushant Singh Rajput and Rhea Chakraborty case, the actress gets bail from the Bombay High Court today. According to the reports, the court rejected the bail of her brother Showik Chakraborty.
As per the reports, the court has ordered the actress to submit her passport and Rs 1 lakh bond for the bail. She will be requiring permission to go out of Mumbai.
Rhea, Showik and three other people were rejected by special NDPS court o September 11. The petitioners then moved to the Bombay High Court for bail. On September 29, the court reserved decision on the bail pleas.
On Tuesday (October 6), special NDPS Court extended Rhea Chakraborty’s judicial remand till October 20.
