
In Rhea Chakraborty’s case against Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Priyanka Singh case, the Supreme Court on Friday said the case will not be cancelled.
The court asked the CBI to take over the case from the Mumbai Police. Chakraborty launched an FIR against Priyanka Singh for arranging a fake prescription to help Sushant access banned medication.
Multiple central agencies have been investigating Rhea Chakraborty after Sushant Singh Rajput’s family accused her of having a role in the actor’s death. The complaint was filed by Rajput’s sisters Priyanka and Mitu Singh.
While the sisters were accused of forgery and violation of the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act based on the complaint by Chakraborty.
