This is probably the first time in the history that Bollywood has also come to a knockdown situation. Several films have been stopped shooting and theater are also out of order to avoid large gatherings of people. Now Mahesh Bhatt’s Sadak 2 has also joined the row.
The makers have called off the shooting two days Ooty scheduled, as a preventive measure. Speaking to a daily, Pooja Bhatt confirmed the development. The schedule is now postponed and a new date is yet to be decided.
Sadak 2 is a sequel of Mahesh Bhatt’s cult film Sadak starring Pooja Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt. The new version will have Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur as the lead pair. This also marks Alia’s first collaboration with her father Mukesh Bhatt.
The film was expected to release on 10th July 2020.
