According to the recent update, Saif Ali Khan is set to play a biographical drama based on the suspicious death of nuclear physicist Homi Jehangir Bhabha.
Bankrolled by Reliance Entertainment the film had been titled Assassination of Homi Bhabha. It will be directed by Vikramjit Singh who has previously helmed Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Rampal and Jacqueline Fernandez starrer Roy (2015).
Saif will be seen easing the role of Bhabha who’s acknowledged as one of the most prominent scientists India has ever had.
After finalizing Saif makers are now looking for other lead casts including that of an agent assigned to Bhabha’s security.
The film will revolve around the conspiracy behind Bhabha’s death. The film is scheduled to go on floors in the first quarter of next year and will be shot in India and Beirut, the capital city of Lebanon.
