Salman Khan & Chiranjeevi to shoot for Godfather in Jan end, more details inside!

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will appear in the upcoming Telugu film Godfather, which stars megastar Chiranjeevi. The film is a Telugu remake of the Malayalam classic Lucifer, in which Mohanlal appeared. Actor Prithviraj was also making his directorial debut with Lucifer. Salman would reportedly replicate Prithviraj’s part in the film, however with certain changes. According to the latest rumours, Salman and Chiranjeevi would begin filming in Hyderabad by the end of January or the first week of February.

Salman is said to have a dynamic role in the film and has set aside 5 to 7 days for the cameo. The filmmakers tweaked the original film to create a few larger-than-life moments while keeping Salman’s aura in mind.

The film’s shoot starring Salman and Chiranjeevi will begin by the end of the month, assuming the state government does not impose any COVID-19-related limitations. Earlier this year, music composer S Thaman, who is working on the film, announced that the two superstars will dance together in the movie.

Konidela Production Company and Super Good Films are producing Godfather, which is now under production.
