As April begins, the focus of the Bollywood industry is on the highly anticipated release of the month, “Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan”, featuring Salman Khan. This marks the superstar’s first full-fledged role in a theatrical release in over three years. With four songs already released, each receiving a positive response, the first track, “Naiyo Lagda,” is expected to surpass 100 million views on YouTube in just a few days.
Although the film’s teaser was released in January, the trailer has yet to be revealed, causing the anticipation for it to grow each day. Despite the exact release date of the trailer being unknown, there have been recent noteworthy developments in the promotion of “Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan,” as reported by Bollywood Hungama.
“This week, the promotional campaign of the film will begin aggressively. On Thursday, April 6, four new posters of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan will be launched. Interestingly, the launch will take place in four different cities, namely Mumbai, Delhi, Indore and Lucknow at the hands of the fan clubs of Salman Khan,” Bollywood Hungama quoted its source as saying.
It is worth noting that a sneak peek of two posters from the film has already surfaced on social media. Over the weekend, several cinema halls and multiplexes across the nation were given standees for “Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan,” and their pictures have been widely circulated. It is speculated that these two posters will be a part of the launch event happening on April 6th.

“The trailer will be out next week and the exact date will be known in a few days. But from April 6, it’s about going to be Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’s jalwa everywhere. The makers plan to extensively promote the film to ensure that audiences are aware that it’ll have a grand release on Eid, that is, Friday, April 21,” its source added.
Helmed by Farhad Samji, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan stars Salman Khan, Venkatesh Daggubati, Jagapathi Babu and Pooja Hegde. Its screenplay is done by Sajid Nadiadwala with him as a producer only. The process of filming is Hyderabad, whereas its principal photography started in May last year.
It was earlier reported to be named Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali and then Bhaijaan. The film’s official title was decided as Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan later in August, 2022. It was set to be released on December 30 but has been shifted to Eid on April 21, 2023.
