EXCLUSIVE: Salman Khan And Nayanthara’s Vamshi Paidipally Film Gears Up For Massive Austria And Europe Action Schedule In August

Salman Khan’s next big-screen spectacle is about to get even bigger. After beginning production in Mumbai, the actor’s untitled film with Nayanthara, directed by Vamshi Paidipally and produced by Dil Raju, is now preparing for a major international action leg that signals the sheer scale of the project.

Box Office Worldwide has exclusively learned that the team is set to shoot massive action sequences in Austria, with the schedule extending across other parts of Europe in August. Mounted as a high-octane commercial entertainer, the film is already one of the most closely watched star vehicles in production, not least because it brings Salman and Nayanthara together for the first time.

The Europe Schedule Marks The Film’S Biggest Action Push Yet

The upcoming August leg is being designed around large-scale action portions, with Austria expected to host some of the most ambitious sequences in the film. Additional shooting across Europe is also part of the plan, pointing to an expansive visual canvas for a project that has been positioned as a full-fledged theatrical entertainer.

The film, tentatively referred to as SVC63, is being directed by Vamshi Paidipally and backed by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations. The makers had announced the start of the shoot in Mumbai with the line, “With auspicious beginnings and a vibrant atmosphere… this is how we began the #SalmanKhanVamshiPaidipallyFilm in Mumbai. On a Mission to bring you the Best of Entertainment.”

Producer Dil Raju also recently said, “The film shoot will be done by October. It’s a massive film. We are expecting a big blockbuster.” He added, “Salman is enjoying on the sets, he will have different looks. The film will have lots of heroism and wow factor.”

Those updates align with what this Europe schedule represents. It is not just another outdoor leg, but a major scale-up for a film being mounted as a pan-Indian action event.

Salman Khan’s Recent And Upcoming Work

For Salman Khan, this project arrives after Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan in 2023 and Sikandar in 2025, both confirmed past releases as of July 2026. His confirmed upcoming slate also includes Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace, directed by Apoorva Lakhia, and this Vamshi Paidipally film, which is currently in production and targeting a 2027 theatrical release.

Nayanthara, meanwhile, has continued to balance star-led theatrical projects and OTT appearances across languages. Her recent confirmed releases include Jawan, Iraivan, and Annapoorani: The Goddess of Food in 2023, followed by the Netflix documentary Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairytale in 2024 and Test in 2025. Her confirmed upcoming theatrical release is Toxic, directed by Geetu Mohandas and co-starring Yash, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, and Rukmini Vasanth, which is scheduled to release on August 26, 2026.

With the Austria and Europe schedule now on the cards, the Salman Khan and Nayanthara film is clearly moving into a more ambitious phase of production, and all signs point to a star-driven action entertainer being built for maximum theatrical impact.
