Kartik Aaryan has frequently cited Shah Rukh Khan as his inspiration and the reason he chose to pursue a career in acting.
Recently, a short video clip that shows Shah Rukh Khan getting along with Kartik Aaryan just before the King of Bollywood makes his grand entrance onto the stage of the Umang 2022 event has gone viral on social media.
In the video, Shah Rukh can be seen sitting on a bike as Kartik greets him. The two share a hug and then SRK goes on to shower love on Kartik by placing his hand on his cheek.
The clip is winning hearts on the internet as many have called SRK’s gesture towards Kartik heartwarming.
Reacting to the clip, one fan tweeted, “The Shehzada and The Badshah Together!! #KartikAaryan #ShahRukhKhan𓀠” Another fan wrote, “This is so heartwarming From Umang 2022!”

Earlier, in an interview with BH, the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 actor had opened up about his fanboy moment with Shah Rukh Khan and how he was the first celeb he took a selfie with, “When I came to Mumbai for the first time, I went outside Mannat as a fan. It was a Sunday and it is said that sir comes out to wave to fans every Sunday. That day, he was leaving in his car and in that crowd, I actually got the opportunity to take a photo with him.”
