Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘All Broken Is Fixed’ Asksrk During Ganpati Has Fans Buzzing Over King Update

Shah Rukh Khan brought back his much-loved #AskSRK session during Ganpati festivities, and the superstar gave fans exactly what they were hoping for: warmth, wit, family moments and multiple updates on King. The X interaction quickly turned into a celebration of both the festival and the film, with SRK dropping candid lines about injuries, delays, VFX, favourite moments and the long wait for promotional material.

He began the session with a festive message that set the tone for the evening: “Happy Ganapati to all the boys & girls. Festivities & happiness around and may Bappa bring more of it in your lives. To add to happiness it’s always better to share it with friends. So a bit of sharing and laughs let’s do an #AskSRK for a while if you have the time. Love u”.

Shah Rukh Khan Drops Fresh King Teases

Most of the fan questions naturally revolved around King, which is scheduled to release on December 24, 2026. Asked about the hardest part of making the film, Shah Rukh Khan replied, “Had a few injuries while shooting so had to start stop many times but now all broken is fixed…and nearly all done…so all good”.

When another fan asked what he was most excited for audiences to see, SRK answered, “Everything in #King…worked very hard to entertain as many as possible. The action the songs the actors and of course my hair!!!”

He also teased a possible dialogue reveal when asked if he had a favourite line from the film, writing, “Too many….was thinking will use it in the next promo….#King”.

SRK Explains The Delay Behind Promos

Fans also pushed him for a teaser or poster update, and SRK responded in classic style: “Ab picture hi dekho na! Tarsa nahi raha join acchhi wali bana raha hoon….ke Dil ko tasalli mile….Sab ayega…24th Dec se pehle.”

On the film’s pace of work, he defended director Siddharth Anand with a playful reply: “Sid toh bechara laga hua hai. Late bhai hain…taking time to put our best foot forward so u all enjoy it and feel proud and happy with #King”.

He also gave a glimpse into the post-production grind, saying, “Troubling RC Vfx a lot. Sitting on Harry and Keiten head to deliver the best. I think they might ban me from coming to the office late nights soon”.

When one fan requested more such sessions, SRK joked, “Would love to but then my films will complete even later!!!”

Ganpati At Home And Shah Rukh Khan’s Recent And Upcoming Work

Amid all the King chatter, Shah Rukh Khan also shared a personal glimpse of Ganpati at home, writing, “Wife does the Aarti and then the prayers and tonight will do the Visarjan. Kids and friends gather to hang around and laugh a lot. Very simple and family time.”

He even answered a cheeky question about the myth of Shah Rukh Khan with, “That you find out most of the myths are untrue….u just have to try and get it right that’s all. And the myth is very spoilt in organisation…”

Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Dunki in 2023, directed by Rajkumar Hirani, after the blockbuster theatrical run of Pathaan and Jawan earlier that year. Pathaan was directed by Siddharth Anand, while Jawan was helmed by Atlee. As of now, King remains his next confirmed theatrical release, and this festive #AskSRK made one thing clear: the star is deep in the finishing stretch and determined to deliver the film on his own terms.
