The Zee Cine Awards 2024 were held tonight with a spectacular celebration of Indian cinema. The highlight of the evening was the grand return of Bollywood’s King, Shah Rukh Khan, to the Zee Cine stage after a nine-year hiatus, marking a momentous occasion for the event.

Dressed in an all-black suit, complemented by sleek shades, Shah Rukh Khan exuded elegance and sophistication. His million-dollar smile and the long hair tied back in a knot, reminiscent of his recent on-screen appearances, added to the night’s glamour.
Jawan dominates awards at Zee Cine Awards 2024
‘Jawan,’ Shah Rukh Khan‘s latest blockbuster, emerged as one of the biggest winners, clinching awards for Best Background Music, Visual Effects, Dialogues, Lyrics, and Action. The film’s dominance at the awards was a testament to its impact on Bollywood in 2023.

Music composer Anirudh Ravichander, one of the early awardees of the night, expressed his gratitude towards Shah Rukh Khan, stating that their collaboration on ‘Jawan‘ had transformed his life. In a heartwarming moment, Shah Rukh Khan shared a kiss with Ravichander and recited a dialogue from ‘Jawan’ as Sumit Arora was honored with the Best Dialogue award. Atlee also dedicated his Best story award to Shah Rukh Khan.

Shah Rukh entertained audience with his nostalgic performances on Devdas and Mohabbatein
The audience was treated to a nostalgic performance as Shah Rukh Khan slipped into his ‘Mohabbatein‘ character. The star also joined forces with comedian Sunil Grover for a comedy skit, giving a humorous twist to the iconic ‘Devdas’ dialogue. The skit saw Grover donning the role of ‘Paro,’ originally played by Aishwarya Rai, adding a comedic layer to the memorable lines.
