Shahid Kapoor’s is busy with his next much awaited film Jersey. The film is a Hindi remake of a Telugu film.
The actor kick started his prep in October end and continued his training in cricket. Mrunal Thakur has also joined the cast of the film and will be paired opposite Shahid.
The story of the film is based around Chandigarh in the 90s.
According to reports the cast and crew are all set to commence shoot from next week. The schedule will start from Chandigarh cricket stadium.
While Mrunal Thakur and rest of the crew will joint the shoot out of Chandigarh for the next few months.
Directed by Gowtam Tinnanauri Jersey was highly appreciated by the critics. The film is all set to release on August 28, 2020.
