
On 30th April, after fighting for two years with Cancer, Superstar Rishi Kapoor bid adieu to the world. He left us all in tears.
The actor almost completed the shoot of his last movie of life Sharmaji Namkeen before he passed away. The co-producer of the film, Honey Trehan revealed to a leading daily that tgis Rishi Kapoor starrer will have a theatrical release rather than OTT release.
Honey said that they owe it to Rishi Kapoor and said he is grateful to Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar for investing in the film monetarily and emotionally. The film had gone on floors in December.
Although, Rishi’s four day schedule of Delhi is still pending owing to the pandemic. Now, with the sudden demise of the actor, the makers will have to complete the film in his absence. Honey said that they will be using advanced technology, an amalgamation of VFX and some special technique to finish the film without compromising on the quality.
Well, we are waiting to watch Rishi Kapoor on the big screen with Sharmaji Namkeen.
