War of words between Anurag Kashyap and Kangana Ranaut is still on. Even though the actor-director shared a good bond in the past, things are not the same between them now.
An old interview of Kangana Ranaut with Irrfan Khan is doing rounds on the internet where the actress is seen defending Anurag Kashyap.
The filmmaker got tagged on the video by a netizen. It also pointed out how Kangana defended him after the failure of Bombay Velvet.
A Twitter user wrote, ‘This is how #KanganaRanaut defended you @anuragkashyap72 after Bombay Velvet’s failure. But you were digging her 9-10 year old videos to prove her wrong. @KanganaTeam @KanganaDaily’
Anurag responded to the post by agreeing with the fact that Kangana no doubt stood by him. However, he also cleared out that he is not her enemy.
He wrote, ‘Absolutely she did . She always stood by me . I am not her enemy . You all are . The people who are using her are.’
Recently in an interview Anurag spilled how things got bitter between Kangana and him.
Apparently he and Taapsee laughed at a joke on her and that might have hurt the actress. They also went on to say that he is ready to apologise for the video, but he says her current stand may not help.
