Recently Sanjay Dutt was diagnosed with lung cancer. As soon as the new went viral fans and well wisher have started sending good wishes and prayers for the actor. Sanjay’s old friend Paresh Ghelani penned an emotional note for his best friend.

Paresh posted the letter on Instagram that read, “Brother, thought we had covered the whole amusement park. Though it was closed now, but I guess we are not done yet. Let’s buckle up for an another roller coaster ride. Yet another battle has begun. Battle we must and the battle you will conquer We know the braveheart you are, you will win this.”

“Sher hai tu Sher!!” he ended the note.

Paresh Ghelani wrote in the caption, “Brother @duttsanjay. Hard to imagine just a few days ago we were talking about how we shall enjoy the next phase of our lives and we were talking about how we have been blessed to be able to ride, walk, jog, crawl, and enjoy the journey thus far; we are where we are. I still believe we are blessed and I know journey forward is going to be as beautiful and as colorful as it has been. God has been kind. nakupenda kaka!!”

Last week Maanayata Dutt had also released a statement that read, “I thank everyone who has expressed their well wishes for Sanju’s speedy recovery. We need all the strength and prayers to overcome this phase. There is a lot that the family has gone through in the past years but I am confident, this too shall pass. However, it is my heartfelt request to Sanju’s fans to not fall prey to speculations and unwarranted rumours, but to just help us with their ongoing love, warmth and support. Sanju has always been a fighter, and so has our family. God has yet again chosen to test us to overcome the challenges ahead. All we seek is your prayers and blessings, and we know we will emerge as winners on the other side, as we always have. Let us use this opportunity to spread light and positivity.”

To understand the future course of treatment Sanjay did some tests at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai.
