About Siddharth Anand-Saif Ali Khan’s Jewel Thief
Jewel Thief, directed by Robbie Grewal and produced by Siddharth Anand’s Marflix Pictures, will feature a heist storyline centred on a battle royale between Jaideep Ahlawat and Saif Ali Khan.
What’s more interesting is that the film’s title pays homage to the legendary Dev Anand’s 1967 film of the same name. However, sources close to the project clarified that the new film’s plot bears no relation to the original.
In addition to the exciting cast and crew, the film has also secured a lucrative streaming deal. Last year, reports indicated that the makers had sold the streaming rights to Netflix for Rs 60 crore, ensuring that Jewel Thief will reach a broad audience upon release.
