Sidharth Malhotra’s upcoming action film Yodha, directed by debutant duo Pushkar Ojha and Sagar Ambre, has a new release date. The movie was earlier supposed to release on November 11, 2022, but the date got postponed. The makers announced that Yodha will release in cinemas on July 7, 2023. But today again film got pushed to new release date. Now film will hit cinemas on 15th September, 2023.
The makers of the film announced the new release date in a press note that read, “Sidharth Malhotra’s #Yodha to release on 15th September 2023 in cinemas”. The film is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Shashank Khaitan’s Mentor Disciple Films.
The film’s director duo, Pushkar Ojha and Sagar Ambre, are making their debut with Yodha. The movie is produced by Hiroo Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Khaitan. The film’s first look was shared by Karan Johar on his social media handles, which created a buzz among fans. In the post, Karan wrote, “After conquering the peaks, I am proud to present Sidharth Malhotra back with power in the first of the action franchise by Dharma Productions – #Yodha. Directed by the dynamic duo – Sagar Ambre & Pushkar Ojha”.

Sidharth Malhotra Back On Set For Yodha, Declares Himself ‘Red Carpet Ready’ For The Film
Malhotra, who is set to star alongside Raashii Khanna and Disha Patani in the movie, recently shared a picture of himself holding a rifle while shooting for an action sequence. The actor is also seen sporting a tee and denims in the photo. Malhotra also shared another photo of a red carpet spread on the stairs with the caption, “#Yodha Red Carpet Ready”.
In an earlier statement, the actor had said, “As an artist, you would want to work on scripts that bring out the best in you. This truly unveiled a newer version of me, which I am very thankful for. The amount of love I have received from audiences and fans is magical. I can’t wait to showcase what Yodha has for them.”
