Actor Sivakarthikeyan is set to ignite the big screen with his most intense role yet in Madharasi/ Dil Madharasi (Hindi Version). The first teaser for the AR Murugadoss directorial was unveiled on the Tamil star’s 40th birthday, sending fans into a frenzy.

The 44-second teaser opens with an aerial view of a car godown, before seamlessly shifting to a jaw-dropping action sequence. A truck smashes through a lineup of cars, creating a massive explosion.
Sivakarthikeyan’s fierce new avatar is revealed, making it clear that he is not someone to mess with. Armed and ready, he single-handedly takes on a gang of men, showcasing brutal action sequences in a power-packed transformation.
Additionally, the teaser also introduces the film’s supporting cast, including Rukmini Vasanth, Vidyut Jammwal, and Biju Menon. Each character seems to play a key role in this high-stakes thriller. Vidyut Jammwal takes on the role of the antagonist & will have an intense face-off with Sivakarthikeyan in the film.
The teaser’s backdrop features a map of South India, leading to speculation about the film’s themes and setting. The title, Madharasi, holds a dual meaning – it’s both a regional identity and a term often used as a slur. This suggests a deeply rooted, layered narrative beyond just action-packed sequences.

Film To Release In 5 Indian Languages
Dil Madharasi will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada, expanding its reach to a wider audience. The film marks Sivakarthikeyan’s first collaboration with Murugadoss, making it one of the most awaited releases of his career.
Initially slated for Diwali 2024, the film was later pushed to this year – 2025.
