The much-awaited trailer of Sky Force is out and it’s ready to make your heart race. Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahariya are taking the fight to the skies as Indian Air Force officers in a high-flying, action-packed adventure. With jets roaring and adrenaline pumping, they are proving that the sky’s the limit when it comes to defending the nation.
And just when you thought it couldn’t get more exciting, swoops Sara Ali Khan, bringing her own spark to this sky-high showdown.
Sky Force Trailer Launch
The trailer of Akshay Kumar’s much-awaited movie, Sky Force, is finally out. It was launched at a grand event in Mumbai on Sunday. The trailer reveals that Sky Force is set against the dramatic and patriotic canvas of the 1965 India-Pakistan Air War. In the movie, Akshay Kumar will be seen in his intense avatar once again. Veer Pahariya will also be making his acting debut with this film. The two will be playing the role of Indian Air Force officers in Sky Force.
In the trailer, Akshay Kumar gives a stern warning to Pakistan when he decides to go ahead and launch India’s first air strike. While he manages to teach the neighbouring country a lesson, Veer Pahariya goes missing during the strike. Akshay believes that Veer was left in Pakistan during the strike and is still alive. However, the Indian government fails to find him.
The trailer then reveals that Sara Ali Khan will be playing the role of Veer’s lover in the movie. Among others, Nirmat Kaur and Sharad Kelkar will also be seen playing prominent roles in the movie.
Akshay Kumar shared the trailer on his X handle and wrote, “This Republic Day, witness the untold story of a heroic sacrifice – the tale of India’s first and deadliest airstrike.”

Directed by Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Kapur, Sky Force is produced by Dinesh Vijan, Amar Kaushik, and Jyoti Deshpande. The film is set to release globally on January 24, 2025, during the Republic Day weekend.
