For weeks, fans have been guessing who might show up in this new spooky comedy. Now that the film is out, we have all the answers. If you haven’t seen the movie yet, be warned: Spoilers Ahead!
The Fan-Favourites Return
Right off the bat, we see some familiar faces. Sathyaraj appears as Elvis Karim Prabhakar, the character we all loved in Munjya. This wasn’t a total shock, as he was spotted in the trailer.
But the cheers really start when Abhishek Banerjee enters as Jana, aka JD. No horror universe film feels complete without him, and it’s awesome to see him back.
The Big One: Bhediya Is Here!
The most exciting and highlight cameo of the film is, without a doubt, Varun Dhawan as Bhediya. His scene is a total crowd-pleaser and one of the best moments in Thamma. This appearance is a big deal and further connects the universe.
Nora Fatehi’s Stree Connection
Nora Fatehi’s appearance is more than just a dance number. She appears in the song ‘Dilbar Ki Aankhon Ka’, but it’s revealed that she is playing the same girl from Chanderi who appeared in the ‘Kamariya’ song from Stree. She even has a dialogue this time, making her role an official part of the story. And yes, the ultimate villain Sarkata also makes an appearance!
Maddock Is Building Its World
The Maddock Horror Comedy Universe is getting bigger and better with every film. This crossover trend really took off in Bhediya, which had an end-credit scene with Rajkummar Rao (Vicky) and Aparshakti Khurana (Bittu) from Stree.
Then, the hit film Munjya ended with an appearance by Bhediya. Bhediya showed up again in Stree 2, which also had a huge cameo from Akshay Kumar as a descendant of Sarkata. Thamma continues this perfectly, weaving all these stories together. These cameos aren’t just for fun; they are building a massive, connected puzzle that has fans pumped for what’s next.
