According to a person close to the situation, the decision was made to guarantee that the thriller reaches its target demographic as effectively as possible. “The box office is still recovering, and Love Hostel is a film that is driven by the content. Hence, the makers have decided to bring it on OTT so that the audience can enjoy it at their comfort,” revealed a source to Pinkvilla, adding further that the team is confident on the film to give them good returns just like Bob Biswas.

According to rumours, Bobby Deol’s performance as the adversary in Love Hostel is the film’s highlight, and the crew has kept his appearance a secret. The film began filming in February of last year and was completed in July of this year. Gauri Khan, Manish Mundra, and Gaurav Verma developed this one-of-a-kind crime thriller.

Meanwhile, they are preparing to begin filming for filmmaker Atlee’s next project, which will star SRK. After SRK finishes his work on Sidharth Anand’s Pathan, the yet-to-be-titled double-role action comedy is anticipated to continue filming in the summer.
