SRK’s son Aryan Khan’s bail plea to be heard tomorrow at 2:30pm, no bail today!

The hearing of Aryan Khan’s bail application was postponed till Wednesday by the Bombay High Court on Tuesday.

Mukul Rohatgi, a senior advocate and former Attorney General of India, defended Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood celebrity Shah Rukh Khan, in his bail application in the cruise ship narcotics case before the Bombay High Court on Tuesday. After his pleas to the Magistrate and Sessions Courts were dismissed, Aryan sought bail from the High Court.

No drug recovery has been made from Aryan Khan, and no medical examination has revealed that he used drugs, according to Rohatgi. “There was no occasion to arrest my client (Aryan Khan),” Rohatgi told HC. He further said that the WhatsApp chats recovered by NCB were not related to the cruise.

He further stated that Aryan had nothing to do with the NCB’s Sameer Wankhede and the allegations levelled against him by the NCP’s Nawak Malik and a cruise case witness, Prabhakar Sail.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) filed an affidavit opposing Aryan Khan’s bail request on Tuesday. Khan was arrested after the NCB seized drugs on a cruise ship following a raid on October 2.

On October 3, the NCB arrested Aryan and charged him with violating the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act’s Sections 8(c), 20(b), 27, 28, 29, and 35.
