The spooky yet hilarious world of Stree is set to return, and fans couldn’t be more excited. Jio Studios and Dinesh Vijan have finally released the much-anticipated teaser for the sequel Stree 2.
Directed by Amar Kaushik, the teaser hints at an enthralling narrative with the original cast making a comeback. Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor are back to reprise their roles, promising to deliver both chills and laughs.

Initially, a sneak peek of the teaser was attached to the theatrical release of Munjya, but now, the makers have dropped it digitally, sending waves of excitement through the audience.
In the 1:03 teaser, we see the villagers of Chanderi installing a giant statue of Stree, with a sign that reads, “O stree raksha karna” (O Stree, protect us). This sets the tone for what’s to come, as the teaser blends haunting scenes with comedic moments and even includes a special cameo appearance. Shraddha Kapoor stands out in the teaser, fighting evil and showcasing her character’s strength.
Maddock Films and Jio Studios shared the teaser with a message: “Iss baar Chanderi mein azaadi ke din hoga aatank! 👻😈 The legend returns this INDEPENDENCE DAY on 15th August!.”

The film also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana, and Abhishek Banerjee, adding to the excitement.
