Trouble Brewing in Hera Pheri 3 Land, Says Baburao
Just when fans thought Hera Pheri 3 was back on track — with Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal sailing with Priyadarshan in the captain’s chair — the most recent news seems like it may manage to sink the whole ship of reviving the franchise.
It appears, according to earlier reports, that Paresh Rawal has stepped away from the production — and now Suniel Shetty has made a pretty okay hint that the same could be true of him.
“Remove One, And It Doesn’t Work” — Suniel Shetty’s Honest Statement
In a recent interview, Suniel Shetty spoke about the legacy of Hera Pheri and remarked that the chemistry shared between the three — Raju (Akshay Kumar), Shyam (Suniel Shetty) and Babu Bhaiya (Paresh Rawal) — is irreplaceable. In the wake of Paresh Rawal‘s news of being confirmed as having left the production, I think Shetty’s words have now gone viral.
“When it comes to Hera Pheri, if it weren’t for Babu Bhai and Raju, Shyam doesn’t exist, he has no meaning. You take any one of them out, and the film doesn’t work,” Shetty said.
That honest line has now got fans and people in the know speculating: will Shetty go too?
Creative Differences Hit Again: Paresh Rawal Out Of Hera Pheri 3
The trouble started when Paresh Rawal declared in an interview that he had pulled out of the film due to creative differences. This comes months after a similar incident where Akshay Kumar had exited the film, made a return after public backlash, and with the return of Priyadarshan.
With Rawal exiting and Shetty suggesting there may be a rethink from the producers, the future of Hera Pheri 3 — once known as one of the most anticipated comedy sequels in Bollywood — is hanging by a rope.
Fans Still Hope To See The Trio
Despite the chaos, fans of the franchise are keeping the faith. Reminding others how Akshay Kumar exited the film before returning, due to public pressure.
They now have one hope? That Paresh Rawal will have a change of heart too, and then the trio will reunite — like Welcome To The Jungle.
A viral reply already summed it up well:
“There is no Hera Pheri without Babu Bhaiya. Period.”
BoxOfficeWorldwide Opinion
Hera Pheri 3, which may have been a comedy of errors, is now turning into a soap opera.
Suniel Shetty’s self-reflection and Paresh Rawal’s exit have brought the debate back: can a legacy comedy survive without its pillars?
Unless Rawal returns and the script wins over the actors, Hera Pheri 3 might just go from cult sequel to cinematic myth.
