Expected Final Advance And Opening Day
While the initial numbers are impressive, the expectations were slightly higher. When sales started, it appeared the film was heading towards 200,000 to 250,000 tickets at national chains. However, the final tally is now expected to settle around 150,000 to 175,000 tickets.
In terms of overall advance booking revenue, Border 2 is likely to clock around Rs 10 to 12 crore nett for the first day. With strong walkup audiences expected on release day, the film is heading towards a Rs 35 crore nett opening day.
